About

A small studio
that ships.

Neepar is an engineering studio working on agentic systems, models that run on your own infrastructure, and the technical content that goes in front of engineers. We are small on purpose — the people who scope your project are the people who build it.

How we think

Four things we hold to.

We tell you when not to build it

A good half of the agent projects we are asked about are better served by a query, a cron job, or a conversation with the team already doing the work. Saying so early costs us a project and saves you a quarter.

Evals before features

If we cannot measure whether a change made the system better, we are not engineering, we are guessing with extra steps. Every workflow we ship has a suite that scores it.

A person stays in the loop

Anything irreversible stops for approval. We build systems that are auditable and reversible, because an automation nobody can inspect is a liability rather than a saving.

We hand it over

Documentation, runbooks, and training are part of the work, not an upsell. We would rather be uninstalled than indispensable.

Where we come from

Assessment content, then
the systems around it.

We started by writing and reviewing technical assessment content — coding problems, database tasks, front-end exercises, and the review passes that keep them correct. Doing that at volume meant building tooling: harnesses, graders, review pipelines, and eventually agents. Both halves of the business still feed each other, and it is why our agent work is unusually careful about evaluation.

Work with us.

We take on a small number of projects at a time. If the fit is wrong we will tell you quickly, and point you at someone better suited where we can.
